Today, the Ileadian journey reached new heights as we gathered at the serene Shilp-1 Ahmedabad for a physical meeting to delve deep into our shared goals of mind, body, and soul.

Our Ileadian connection, forged in 2018, has been a beacon guiding us towards a common vision and mission.

Starting our day at 8 a.m. amidst the divine surroundings of Vaishnav Devi, we embarked on a journey to Mr. Sanjeev Kanda's enchanting farmhouse. Upon our arrival at 8:15, the atmosphere was filled with joy as we kicked off the gathering with the rhythmic beats of our Ilead anthem, "Kisi ki muskurahat pe ho nisar, jina ishi ka naam hai." Tea and khari provided the perfect fuel as we began our session with seven dynamic leaders - LR, Rajendra, Jagannath, Tejash, Parul, Balkrishna, Tulsi, and myself.

Our discussions delved into the essence of our vision and mission. Today's focus was on the business goals encapsulating our company's vision: "SAPNO KO SAKAR KARE" (Turn Dreams into Reality) and mission: "INCREASE THE COMPETENCY TO ACHIEVE DREAMS TIME BY TIME." The meeting proved to be enlightening, offering fresh insights into goal strategies and the pathways to success.

At 10:45, we bid farewell to the tranquil haven, appreciating the absence of noise pollution and relishing the exclusive company of our dedicated leaders. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sanjeev Kanda and the fantastic team - LR, Balkrishna, Tulsi, Parul, Tejash, Rajendra, and Jagannath.
